3 YEAR ACCREDITATION AWARD FROM CARF

This accreditation extends to June 2012.

This achievement is evidence of our organization's dedication and commitment to improving the quality of life of the persons served and their families.

As an end result of the accreditation process, we receive a survey report that identifies the many strengths of our organizaiton as well as suggestions and recommendations in areas where we can improve.  This feedback becomes our Quality Improvement Plan.
