RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

The Association offers a variety of residential services that can be customized to meet the individual's stated needs and desires.  The individual's personal plan will be used to determine the most appropriate and suitable service arrangement.  These include:

Staffed Residential Services

Individuals can choose from a number of existing group living arrangements as vacancies permit.  These 24/7 staffed services are also available for those with complex health care needs. 

The Association also offers a number of customized staffed residential services that are developed according to the needs identified in the individual's personal plan and can address unique support requirements including those individuals who experience challenging and complex behaviour.

Home Sharing

Individualized living arrangements are available to those seeking to live with individuals or families in the community through our Home Sharing program.  The Association will assist in the recruitment, screening and training of care providers who are matched to the expressed expectation of individuals and their families.

Supported Independent Living

The Association also provides support to those who live independently in the community.  The type and amount of support provided varies for each individual, but may include budgeting, bus training, menu planning etc.

In-Home Personal Care Supports

Individuals and families also have the option of choosing in-home family support services.  The Association will recruit, train and supervise in-home supports where requested.
